01The problem
Site reports on paper or in separate apps, with the office retyping everything into the systems that actually needed it.
02What we built
Daily site reports covering the work done, weather, delays, incidents and visitors, with crew hours attached and quick approval for supervisors. Client sign-off sheets built from forms each client can have their own version of, moving from draft to signed with a full history.
03The result
In daily use on site. One record feeds the report, the hours and the job cost, so the office stops retyping what the site already wrote down.
