01The problem
Supervisors and managers were clicking through half a dozen screens to answer simple questions, and typing the same day’s information into several places.
02What we built
An assistant that reads across the business’s own operational records (hours, site reports, costs, invoices and approvals) and drafts new entries from a single message. Every draft opens for review and nothing is written until the user approves it. It works with the signed-in user’s own access, so it can only see and do what they already could, and it takes dictation.
03The result
A question that used to take a tour of several screens becomes one sentence. The design principle is simple: the assistant does the typing, a person makes the decision.
