01The problem
Labour on an enterprise agreement priced by hand: base rates, allowances and penalty conditions read off a document and applied case by case, every pay run, with the errors you would expect.
02What we built
The agreement encoded as rules over approved hours: overtime, weekend and public holiday rates, night work, casual loading, allowances, leave accruals and super. The rates live in one place, so a new agreement is a single update, and each pay run exports ready for payroll.
03The result
Pay runs that used to be an interpretation exercise now resolve from the encoded rules, with the working visible for anyone who wants to check it.
