01The problem

Lot geometry locked inside subdivision plan PDFs, with no API and no structured source to pull it from.

02What we built

A custom PyTorch model that reconstructs lot boundaries from the plan and closes the geometry. Built from first principles because nothing off the shelf could read these documents.

03The result

Geometry recovered from documents that were previously a dead end for automation. "There is no API" is a constraint, not a stop sign.
