One expert marking every submission by hand, which capped how many students the course could take and how quickly anyone got feedback.
02What we built
A full web platform with an AI grader built on the course leader’s own framework for how experts reason, validated by having it mark against their judgement until the two agreed.
03The result
Students marked to the expert’s standard with continual feedback, collapsing the wait from the expert’s availability to the same session.
